Trey Gowdy was stricken by a huge lawsuit coming straight from a Benghazi Committee investigator who insists Gowdy and the House panel mishandled his recent firing.
According to Air Force Reserve Maj. Brad Podliska, he was fired back in June because he didn’t want to participate in the Hillary Clinton investigation anymore.
Gowdy and the panel stated this was completely untrue, saying no military servant would have been punished for sacrificing his life for America.
The Benghazi Committee also stood by Gowdy, denying Podliska’s story altogether.
As a result of this, Podliska managed to make a few more enemies, including Phil Kiko and Lt. Gen. Dana Chipman, the former Army Judge Advocate General.
However, sources reveal that the reason Podliska was fired was because he mishandled classified documentation, a fact that Podliska dismissed.
Posliska was inspected alongside other three staffers, which did not face consequences after everything was said and done.
Podliska wrote a long filing, in which he blames many people for his own catastrophe.
“Ultimately, Plaintiff was the only one of the four accused of the trumped-up security violation to be reprimanded by the Majority Staff or subjected to any adverse employment action,” the filing reads.
“I know you have your post-attack piece. But, only right wing nut jobs care about that,” the filing quotes Kiko.
As we understood, Poslidka is not in it for the money, but for punishing Gowdy alone.
